Lauren Bridgen is a Client Relationship Manager at Simmons & Simmons. She has over 12 years’ experience of working in professional services. Before joining Simmons & Simmons in 2018, Lauren was a Senior Relationship Manager at PwC in their Strategic Account Management team. Lauren is passionate about client relationship management, taking a strategic mindset and ensuring her client teams are fully aligned to the client’s critical business issues and priorities. She also has a wider focus on demonstrating the return on investment of the client programme and embedding this within the business.


Sarah Chatburn has over 12 years’ extensive experience in Client Management, Sarah has worked at a number of leading law firms including A&O and most recently Simmons & Simmons. Sarah has a deep understanding of how to embed client relationships within a partnership and takes a commercial approach to building strong client relationships. Having worked across a broad range of sectors, including Financial Institutions, Energy & Natural Resources, TMT and Transport, she also has a strong understanding of her clients’ markets

Receipt of your booking indicates acceptance of liability to pay the attendance fee. Cancellations received in writing more than 7 days before the seminar will be refunded, less £10 administration fee. We regret that no refunds are allowed for cancellations or transfers within 7 days or for non-attendance. PSMG reserves the right to refuse admission if payment is not received prior to the event.  


Important note: The booking email constitutes a legally binding contract. It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of PSMG LLP to change the content and timing of the programme, the speakers, the date and venue. Whilst every effort will be made to prevent this, in the unlikely event of the programme being cancelled, PSMG LLP will automatically make a full refund but disclaim any further liability
