Matthew Fuller has over 30 years’ experience working in senior business development roles within international law firms. His career has spanned four major international firms, including 11 years at Allen & Overy where he was the Global Head of Business Development and 6 years at Herbert Smith where he led the firm's Business Development support and client strategy. He is currently Head of Business Development for the Americas and EMEA at White & Case, where he has worked since 2012.

Tim Nightingale founded Nisus Consulting in 1994 to help professional services firms to be far more client focused and therefore effective in delivering their services in line with their clients’ requirements.

The complete dearth of client feedback in strategic and marketing planning meant that Nisus evolved into a specialist client feedback consultancy, offering depth and telephone interviewing and later on online surveys.

Tim has interviewed CEOs, CFOs and more FTSE-100 GCs than you could shake a stick at.

Matthew and Tim are co-authors of the book, Strategic Tendering For Professional Services, Win More Lose Less (Kogan Page, 2017), which in March 2018 won an award at the Business Book Awards. The second edition of the book, bringing the issues and challenges of pitching right up to date, was published in March 2022.

Cancellations received in writing more than 7 days before the seminar will be refunded, less £10 administration fee. We regret that no refunds are allowed for cancellations or transfers within 7 days or for non-attendance. PSMG reserves the right to refuse admission if payment is not received prior to the event.

It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of PSMG LLP to change the content and timing of the programme, the speakers, the date and venue.
