Claire Mason is an entrepreneur, NED, CEO and develops future thinking for intelligent brands to position them as leaders in the next economy. With twenty five years’ experience leading global strategic marcomms programmes, Claire and her team create signature campaigns for the technology, professional and financial services firms shaping the future of business. She has developed global thought leadership campaigns on subjects from the future of work and global trade, to financing the UN Sustainable Development Goals and Zeronomics (the economics of net zero transition).

An established keynote speaker, Claire is an active champion of sustainability, global trade, the knowledge economy, entrepreneurship and diversity and inclusion. Claire is campaigning to close the Gender Say Gap – a term she coined to address the underrepresentation of women and minorities in business and in public life – by increasing the visibility of thought-leading diverse experts.

Alison Sharpe is a seasoned and values-driven professional with over twenty years’ experience in the fields of communications, thought leadership and marketing. She currently heads up the professional services division at Man Bites Dog. Prior to this role, Ally was a Corporate Affairs Director at PwC, responsible for championing the firm’s trust agenda in the wake of the global financial crisis. This led to her involvement as a member of the Trust Advisory Group in The Business of Trust initiative, a City of London Corporation programme led by the then Lord Mayor of London.

In earlier years, Ally led PwC’s Media Relations and Thought Leadership teams and enjoyed a secondment to Demos, one of Britain’s leading cross-party think tanks. Before PwC, Ally held a European Communications role at Deloitte, prior to which she managed its UK press office. Ally began her career in Public Affairs at the RSPB, Europe’s largest wildlife conservation charity, and followed this with a period at Profile Public Relations, an issues-based communications consultancy.
