However, research tells us that change projects are not always a success.

According to Forbes, 70% of all major transformation projects fail. Wrike estimates that organisations lose $109 million for every $1 billion invested in projects and programs and according to TeamStage 42% of companies don’t understand the need or importance of project management.

By taking an active role on change projects, you can develop a deeper understanding of leadership challenges, increase your EQ and be seen as the person who must have a seat at the strategy table in your firm.

Key themes Ruth will cover in this interactive session include:

  • Winning hearts and minds
  • Cultural traps for the unwary
  • Leadership vs project management vs being part of the team
  • Resources and team tactics
  • Navigating risks, making tough calls and being resilient
