Rachael's role at Osborne Clarke encompasses building knowledge and understanding of the client experience, utilising and analysing data gathered from client listening to improve client engagement and inform the firm's strategy. Rachael is also responsible for Osborne Clarke's experience management system which maps client work to generate value from insights and credentials as a key marketing and business development tool. Osborne Clarke participated in the Rainmaker Genome project and working closely with DCMi, Rachael has taken the learnings from the study to help Partners better understand successful business development approaches and which positive habits and behaviours can be used to achieve the best results.

 

Alexander has over 15 years in Sales & Business Development, working in the professional services space with PwC, BLP law firm and JLL commercial real estate. He has been consulting since 2017, with the aim to help sales and marketing functions understand how to use social and digital technology and platforms to drive sales opportunities and performance. He is at the forefront of thinking in how teams can change their mindsets and behaviours, using the latest technology, data and ai, to increase sales opportunity and performance.  Alexander is the UK Managing Director for DCMinsights who bring science to business development through their world first "Activator Development System.

Gemma is the Practice Group Leader for DealCloud in Legal at Intapp. Prior to joining Intapp, Gemma was Head of Business Development at Allen & Overy, initially for the Global Disputes Group and then for its Advanced Delivery & Solutions practice, which consisted of legal technology, consulting, and alternative resourcing. She has overseen the implementation of numerous CRM and broader marketing technology projects and enjoys working with leadership teams to ensure technology projects carefully underpin firms’ strategic growth objectives.

 

Terms of Booking and Cancellation Policy  

Receipt of your booking indicates acceptance of liability to pay the attendance fee. Cancellations received in writing more than 7 days before the seminar will be refunded, less £10 administration fee. We regret that no refunds are allowed for cancellations or transfers within 7 days or for non-attendance. PSMG reserves the right to refuse admission if payment is not received prior to the event.

Important note: The booking email constitutes a legally binding contract. It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of PSMG LLP to change the content and timing of the programme, the speakers, the date and venue. Whilst every effort will be made to prevent this, in the unlikely event of the programme being cancelled, PSMG LLP will automatically make a full refund but disclaim any further liability.
