In this working session we’ll explore and discover:

1. The Foundations

What client journey mapping is and what it involves

The benefit of the process and things to consider

2. Case Studies

How journey mapping has been used to improve client experiences at 3 firms.

3. How to get started.

We’ll cover the key things you need to get started, to identify the journeys and moments that matter.

As part of this you will be asked to consider and define your key growth audiences, the journey stages they go through when they engage with your firm (e.g. research, enquiry, onboarding etc) , their needs, feedback and sentiment at each stage  (including what you are doing well and what is causing friction).
