The PSMG events programme is the life blood of our activity. All seminars, including Director Breakfasts, "Talking Heads" full and ½ day workshops and our Annual Conference attract Continuing Professional Development (CPD) points which count towards Chartered Marketer status and all other professional learning.

A Senior Level Programme
Women are continually underrepresented at partner level in firms of all sizes and research carried out by Client Talk has found that frequently women choose not to progress, often as a result of limiting beliefs and the unconscious impact of gender bias.
This senior level programme has, therefore, been especially designed for female leaders and aspiring leaders including associates and marketing & business development professionals.
The coaching sessions will be led by Claire Rason, a former lawyer and accredited coach and the programme will bring together a cohort of women who want to explore the future of their career in a different way.
It will consist of:
- 6 face-to-face peer group coaching sessions
- 6 individual coaching sessions
- The opportunity to shape the sessions based on what the cohort is struggling with most
- A focus on being authentic rather that changing for the system
