This is a one-day programme to support Marketing and Business Development Managers.

We are currently working on a date with Michelle Elstein and Andi Stapleton we can offer you in September. This has been postponed from 29th April 2020


As BD and Marketing professionals, we want to create value for our firms. In order to be effective in achieving this, we must engage partners to execute on initiatives; whether this be in support of specific clients or campaigns or trying something new. It can be a real challenge to have to ‘persuade’ partners to get involved and there is a whole myriad of reasons for this. In the end, we often find ourselves frustrated with the pace of change and progress. 

There are three things at play here which we address during this one-day programme:

  • How to build effective relationships once you understand the partner mindset
  • How to influence their perception of you
  • Managing expectations and communication to engage partners in BD

There is no option to stop trying to effect change and introduce new ideas that are aimed at influencing clients to choose your firm over others. So, there has to be a change to the way we go about engaging them in things they perhaps are less inclined to do.

By popular demand, we are delighted to welcome back Positive Pricing in 2020 to deliver their previously "sold out" 2 day Masterclass.

As this Masterclass is now being run virtually we propose to present in manageable sessions. 

Each session will be held from 9am to 12pm per day
