The results are clear. 

Partners still believe in their firms, but confidence weakens when it comes to how they are run.

• Partners rate the fairness of contribution measurement at just 2.6 out of 10;
• One in five are not sure they will still be at their firm in three years; and
• Sentiment towards private equity and M&A remains strongly negative. 

This is not a story of dissatisfaction, but of misalignment - between what firms say they value and how partnership actually works.
