About Totum’s Rising Star Award

This annual award focuses on the achievements of marketing and BD professionals at the early stages of their career (below manager) and is our way to recognise the efforts of the next generation of talented marketing professionals.

Totum has worked in business services recruitment since 2003. In that time, we have seen marketing and BD teams grow in both size and sophistication – with those more junior members of the team making an ever more important contribution to the overall function’s success.
