Claire Clarke, Managing Partner, Mills & Reeve has been elected to continue for a third term

Mills & Reeve is pleased to announce that Claire Clarke has been elected to continue for a third term as managing partner of Mills & Reeve working with Charles Staveley as senior partner who will take over from Justin Ripman in September.

Claire says "It has been an enormous privilege and honour to have performed this role for the last eight years and I’m excited to be able to continue and seek to continue help the firm build on the growth and success it has achieved in recent years".

"I also want to mention and thank Justin Ripman, Mills & Reeve’s senior partner, who I’ve thoroughly enjoyed working alongside since 2015 when we both took up our management roles, and Charles Staveley, who will be taking over from Justin in September and I very much look forward to working with going forward".

Can I just add that I’m very proud of what we’ve accomplished as a firm over the last eight years and look forward to achieving even more in the coming years. Lots of law firms say that they’re the best when it comes to client service but we really do believe that by adopting a client centred approach in everything we do we can reach a 95% client recommendation score in the next two years. I also remain passionately committed to developing and strengthening our reputation for innovation and continuing to create an inclusive environment where our people thrive and others want to join which is at the heart of our culture and who we are as a firm.
