Global law firm, Akin Gump, rolls out CRM to every practice area

Akin Gump, an AmLaw 50 firm with 20 offices worldwide and over 900 lawyers, is rolling out CRM solution, LexisNexis InterAction, as its firmwide business development platform, across every practice area. The firm is also looking to integrate CRM with other systems such as email marketing, alumni management, experience management, pipeline management and proposal system.

The aim is to create a streamlined interface that provides the firm's lawyers with insight on every current and potential client, with centralised data.
