New LMA survey published

Cross-selling to existing clients is the most important goal of law firm business developers and marketers in 2017, according to a new survey of US-based marketing professionals. The survey, Aligning marketing and business development resources for law firm growth , was undertaken by Bloomberg Law® and the Legal Marketing Association, the PSMG’s US affiliate.

In total, 74 per cent of survey respondents nominated cross-selling as their most important objective this year, ahead of acquiring new clients (65 per cent), retaining existing clients, increased lawyers involvement in BD (56 per cent) and improving the client experience (48 per cent).
