One of the most striking changes has been firms changing their client on-boarding processes.  Breaking down the traditional silo that has existed between CRM and client intake - firms are looking at ways to capture information before, during and after client on-boarding.

This has also uncovered issues with the quality and reliability of conflicts data and obtaining a golden source of truth of company and entity data for both risk and business development.

During this in-person session, Wilson Allen will expand on the challenges of creating a client-centric vision for data management across the entire life-cycle, the technologies that are emerging to help,  and the implications that these changes have on how everyone, not just those in marketing and business development, need to think about data governance and strategy.

Michael Warren , VP of Wilson Allen’s Client Development & Intake practice, has dedicated his career to helping professional services firms successfully implement CRM. In his role at Wilson Allen, Michael helps firms identify the critical success factors for their CRM and then implement simple, practical, and realistic measures to achieve them.
