Venue: Simmons & Simmons, CityPoint, 1 Ropemaker Street, London EC2Y 9SS

Presenters: Andy Rogerson, Head of Professional Services Practice and Adam Bennington, Head of Consulting, both of Momentum ITSMA

Registration, networking and breakfast at 8.30am with a speaker start of 9am to approx. 10.15am.

In this highly interactive session you will come away with tips and techniques to overhaul your own key client programme and make a genuine change in your own organisation.

We will explore case studies from three leading tech players.

  • How one turned a toxic and problematic ABM program into a well governed global growth engine.
  • How another drove engagement with the C-suite across their most strategically valuable clients.
  • How a third used martech to create dynamic content experiences for strategically important clients.

Andy Rogerson is head of professional services practice at Momentum ITSMA. He was formerly MD and founder of Grist, a strategic thought leadership agency acquired by Momentum ITSMA in April 23.

Adam Bennington is head of consulting at Momentum ITSMA. He holds a pivotal role in guiding clients towards achieving accelerated strategic growth and works directly with a number of the consultancy’s leading tech clients.
