Claire Rason is the founder of Client Talk. She found her passion for marketing and business development over 13 years ago and has worked in leading global and regional law firms across the spectrum of marketing and business development. She has brought about significant positive change in the organisations she has worked worked for.

Claire is a qualified lawyer, having trained and practised at Herbert Smith Freehills. She is also an accredited coach and holds a postgraduate certificate in Coaching and Behaviour Change.

Oliver Hansard became a coach because he was asked. He is passionate about everyone making themselves the best they can be, and believes coaching can be a key part of helping achieve this. He brings a wide range of commercial experience to his coaching practice. His eclectic career means he can support a variety of challenges and needs in a range of businesses and at all career stages. His empathetic, resolution orientated approach is designed to help clients find their own solutions to their challenges with his guidance and support.

He is qualified lawyer, having trained at Magic Circle City law firm Clifford Chance, before becoming in-house counsel at global sports management company IMG. He then had a number of roles at the Tesco owned data science company dunnhumby, starting as General Counsel, becoming Head of European Business Development, and finally Corporate Development Director. Prior to starting his own coaching and consulting business he was Vice President of Data Services at Liberty Global, the world’s largest cable company.

Receipt of your booking indicates acceptance of liability to pay the attendance fee. Cancellations received in writing more than 7 days before the seminar will be refunded, less £10 administration fee. We regret that no refunds are allowed for cancellations or transfers within 7 days or for non-attendance. PSMG reserves the right to refuse admission if payment is not received prior to the event.

 

Important note: The booking email constitutes a legally binding contract. It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of PSMG LLP to change the content and timing of the programme, the speakers, the date and venue. Whilst every effort will be made to prevent this, in the unlikely event of the programme being cancelled, PSMG LLP will automatically make a full refund but disclaim any further liability
