Patrick Dransfield is Director of In-House Community, a community of over 20,000 in-house lawyers and compliance officers across Asia, the Middle East and Africa. He has eighteen years of publishing experience and eight years of working directly within law firms (Shearman & Sterling and White & Case, respectively) as Marketing and Business Development Director for Asia.

He is a graduate of Leeds University (B.A. Joint Hons. in English and History of Art) and also holds a Master’s Degree in Far East Area Studies (specializing in Chinese History, Anthropology and Politics) from London University’s School of Oriental & African Studies (SOAS).

Patrick writes regularly on the business of law. He is also in frequent demand as a speaker / seminar host and has been invited by the Shanghai Bar Association as well as leading international and domestic law firms to share his knowledge on business strategy and marketing for law firms.

Receipt of your booking indicates acceptance of liability to pay the attendance fee. Cancellations received in writing more than 7 days before the seminar will be refunded, less £10 administration fee. We regret that no refunds are allowed for cancellations or transfers within 7 days or for non-attendance. PSMG reserves the right to refuse admission if payment is not received prior to the event.
