Our client, one of the global leading law firms is looking to recruit a Graduate Recruitment Administrator to join their Graduate recruitment and development team. Each year the firm seeks to recruit up to 60 graduates to join the firm’s trainee solicitor programme and 85 vacation scheme students across four schemes. The successful candidate will assist the Graduate Recruitment Manager with the assessment and recruitment of trainee solicitors and vacation scheme students. The role interlinks with the trainee development and recruitment marketing teams.

This role is front of house and requires a high degree of professionalism when representing the firm to candidates. The successful applicant will also have an important role to play internally in terms of liaising with partners and other senior members of staff.

You will be responsible for: the shared recruitment query mailbox, ensuring that candidates receive a response to queries in a prompt fashion; fielding telephone queries from prospective candidates regarding their graduate recruitment programmes and processes; organising and facilitating graduate recruitment open days; presenting the application and interview skills workshop; supporting the graduate recruitment campaigns and providing input to marketing materials; attending a number of recruitment events (workshops, presentations, law fairs) throughout the year.

The successful candidate will have a sound working knowledge of the legal graduate recruitment process. You must have previous professional services experience.
