Job Description

The Responsibilities:
• To own and manage projects and support the marketing team in delivering key messages to the firm surrounding brand guidelines and corporate standards
• To project manage external events such as breakfast seminars, round tables and conferences
• To keep key collateral and relevant areas on the website and intranet are up to date
• To produce PowerPoint and printed material as required to support teams to a very high standard and adhering to corporate style
• To lead on and manage external newsletters and legal updates for your designated area
• Liaise closely with the Business Development team to ensure all communications activity is part of the business objectives and within budget
• Work as part of the Communications and Business Development team on ad hoc projects that require additional resource
The Candidate:
• Degree educated or equivalent
• Previous legal sector or professional services experience
• Experience in a similar role
