Job Description

Our client is looking to recruit a Key Account Manager. You will be a member of the practice development team, working with Practice Development Director with the remit of developing and growing client relationships to build on our client’s business.

You will need strong account management experience and have a track record of working towards revenue targets either working within a law firm or other professional services business, or selling products or services within the professional services sector.

You will put in place key account processes and strategies and look after day-to-day account management activities for our client’s clients including creating and executing on client plans. You will be responsible for the analysis of the client portfolio to assess attractiveness and priorities, identifying growth opportunities with the key clients and covering them into increased business. You will work autonomously to build relationships with existing and new clients – making multiple points of contact in client organisations.

The successful candidate will have experience in and an understanding of the legal/professional services sector. Our client is looking for someone capable of being creative and open-minded, yet not afraid of using data and processes.
