Job Description

CRM InterAction Manager role within a mid-sized, international law firm. This is a great opportunity to work in a collaborative environment and lead on the roll out and implementation of InterAction in a firm that really embraces marketing and business development.

This role will focus on the roll out and ongoing implementation of InterAction. You will work closely with both the marketing/business development team, IT and partners to ensure the database is utilised to its full capacity. The business will rely upon this person to innovate and come up with ideas to take the partners and fee earners on an engagement journey, and will result in maximum return on investment. This role will not end once the technical roll out is complete, but will become an integral part of the business to embed the system into the wider marketing, business development and client relationship activities, ongoing training, running focus groups etc.

The successful candidate must have previously rolled out InterAction within a law or accounting firm. You may have worked in a larger firm, and crave the opportunity to really make a difference somewhere smaller. You must be a dynamic, driven and proactive individual who can demonstrate the ability to engage and persuade fee earners to become enthused about CRM. This is an excellent opportunity to manage and develop the CRM team and to act as the CRM champion!
