We are currently working on a great opportunity for a Client Manager to join a law firm with a strong international presence based in their Bristol office. You will be working closely with the Heads of Client Engagement and Client Listening to really drive forward the firm’s client development and client listening strategies.

Key responsibilities for this role include developing and implementing the overall key client project plan and assisting with the implementation of the client engagement work streams, creating delivery plans and monitoring progress. You will also be acting as a key point of contact for the Business Development teams on the development of accounts within their sector and will be responsible for analysing key client and prospect data and producing regular reports.

In order to successfully apply for this role, you must have previous experience in account management and/or client change programmes. You will be able to demonstrate a track record of creating and delivering complex projects, have an in-depth awareness of market developments in client development and client listening and be experienced in implementing change programmes.
