The Company:

A leading national law firm is looking to take on a CRM Executive to sit within their marketing team. The role will be based in Birmingham with occasional travel to other national offices. The successful candidate will report to the Marketing Manager.

The Responsibilities:

• Be the key point of contact for maintaining and inputting accurate data entry.
• Responsible for developing and implementing data cleansing initiatives
• You will ensure the database is fully compliant with all legal requirements
• Take charge in proactively seeking ways to develop the CRM to enhance its capabilities
• You will provide ongoing training and support to colleagues at all levels of the business as well as being responsible for providing training to all new starters.
• Responsible for providing reports for the marketing, communications and BD teams and internal clients

The Candidate:
• Experienced in maintaining databases
• Good accuracy and attention to detail are a must
• Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
