  An exciting opportunity at this leading global law firm in a key role to develop, deliver and implement client development and listening programmes across the firm.

 As the Client Programme Manager, you will manage the development of the client development toolkit and listening programme ensuring that clients’ needs are met therefore building strong sustainable relationships with them. You will liaise with the wider marketing and business development teams to build innovative plans and project manage them through to delivery. The Client Programme Manager will ensure there is an effective framework in place to support the results from programmes and continue to promote their use across the firm, effectively raising the firm’s profile.

  You will come from a professional services background with experience of delivering and developing a client care programme and have a real interest to continue to raise awareness and build maintainable relationships. In return, you can expect an excellent salary and bonus package.
