Job Description

The Business Development Manager will have the opportunity to oversee all strategic Business Development activities for this leading mid-tier Law firm’s Real Estate and Private Client teams on a 12 month FTC. In this influential role, you will provide strategic advice to the partnership and line manage the BD executive to ensure the delivery of all BD and marketing activities are executed in line with business strategy.

You will be responsible for strengthening and developing client relationships, driving cross-sell and targeting initiatives, coaching partners, advising on the pitch strategy, as well as providing insight in to competitors and new business opportunities.

The ideal person for this role will be degree educated (ideally backed up with a CIM qualification) allied to extensive business development and marketing experience within the professional or financial services sector. Line management experience is beneficial. You will be joining a firm with strong leadership, an excellent reputation in the market and a highly inclusive culture.
