Job Description

Based at one of the leading regional firms, this role oversees reputation management, relationship-building and revenue generation within its very successful Health division.

This is a high profile , sector focused, business development role where you will drive a targeted and strategic approach to business development in this sector, and drive the conversion of new business leads into new clients. You will ensure a consistent business pipeline for partners and other fee-earners, as well as create high quality marketing campaigns. In this role you will identify prospective clients, monitor competitors & business development targets, draft proposals, set up & attend new business meetings, coach partners in business development techniques, and attend networking events where you will actively promote the firm.

The ideal individual for this role will be a confident self-starter with high levels of initiative. Degree educated with a strong understanding of partnership dynamics, you will benefit from previous business development and marketing experience within the public sector.
