This highly successful Law Firm that has an established and enviable reputation in a variety of major practice areas, needs an ambitious individual to lead, drive and develop their successful knowledge management team.As the Knowledge Manager you will deliver the knowledge management team objectives and responsibilities, develop new innovative knowledge management strategies for the firm and ultimately enhance agile working capabilities of the fee earners.

 In this high profile role you will form new relationships with departments as you will work closely with the HR team on firm wide knowledge sharing and also with businesses managers at appropriate knowledge sharing meetings. This role will see you proactively engaging with a range of sectors to provide service that is in accordance with the fee earners requirements. As the Knowledge Manager you will bring your breadth of experience to bear when implementing new ways of training, tailoring current awareness alerts and tracking new development in the knowledge arena.
