This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented and proactive Bids Manager to join a top Actuarial firm and work closely with the Director of Client Services in developing and delivering a successful bids strategy.

As a Bids Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire cycle of the bid process from qualifying opportunities to coaching presentation teams. You will also have the chance to use project management techniques to ensure a well-planned and controlled process, define and promote best practice proposal processes across the business as well as conducting debriefs and analysing feedback on the firm’s performance on bids.

Ideally you will have previous professional services experience with good project management and communication skills. On offer is a great salary and benefits package coupled with excellent progression prospects.
