Job Description

The Responsibilities:


  • Assist in prospect research, presentations and proposals
  • Assist in telemarketing campaign management and delivery, liaising with third part suppliers, diary management and design.
  • Website and SEO.
  • Assist in managing local and sector website content.
  • Managing Google Analytics and report on website hits relating to campaigns.
  • Working with the Marketing Manager and PR agency and assisting with activity and administration of PR activity
  • Assist with organisation of internal and external events for clients, prospects and staff
  • Manage attendance at local networking clubs.
  • Research into potential target clients, competitors, data analysis for creating sector surveys and reports.
  • Updating marketing brochures and material in line with the brand and corporate image using Adobe InDesign and MS Office products
  • Order and manage marketing material and promotional items.


The Candidate:

  • A marketing or business degree is strongly preferred.
  • Some demonstrable marketing experience in a fast paced commercial environment is preferred, but this is not essential
  • Excellent IT skills: MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, databases/CRM systems (Adobe InDesign – useful)
  • A demonstrable understanding of how to harness social media platforms including Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook etc. to generate ROI.
