Job Description

A Global Management Consultancy firm is looking for an enthusiastic Bids and Communications Executive to join its progressive Marketing and Business Development department.  Working with the Head of Marketing and Communications, you will work as part of a team overseeing Bid Management initiatives.

This is a fast-moving, varied and exciting position in which you will engage with different stakeholders to support on internal communications, bid administration and support on proposal writing.  You will work closely with the Bid Manager to manage the firm’s processes and support consultants and clients from conception to completion, additionally you will own and update relevant company information used in proposals and manage various aspects of the intranet system by providing updates and news to the global pool of staff.

You will need to have strong writing and communication skills, allied to a good understanding of the bid process. Professional services experience would be ideal but other backgrounds will also be considered. This is a good opportunity to transfer your BD and Bids experience into the professional services sector.
