Job Description

Join this Silver Circle law firm and take on an exciting new CRM challenge where you'll play an influential role. Working in the marketing and business development team, you'll be responsible for all things related to their CRM system and being the first port of call on all CRM matters. The main focus will be around database management, data reporting, and ongoing development of the database and related projects; you'll be tasked with ensuring that data held on their CRM tool (InterAction) is accurately maintained and meets strict data standards - you will get to suggest using alternative tools instead though; if appropriate and cost effective. Furthermore you'll also be involved in supporting the marketing and business development team on wider marketing initiatives. A previous background in CRM, strong project management skills, and perhaps prior exposure to professional services (though not essential) is the ideal.
