Job Description

A leading Architectural firm is looking for an enthusiastic Bids Coordinator to join its progressive Marketing and Business Development department, where you will work as part of a team overseeing Bid Management initiatives.

This is a fast-moving, varied and exciting position in which you will engage with different stakeholders to support on all different stages of the of the Bids process including coaching internal clients on presentation skills, generating content, managing the design process, and driving Bids best practice across the firm.

You will need to have strong writing and communication skills, allied to a good understanding of the bid process. Professional services experience would be ideal but other backgrounds will also be considered. This is a good opportunity to transfer your BD and Bids experience into the professional services sector.
