Attendance at Part 2 is not dependent on having attended Part 1
The objective of this second session in our two part series on CRM is to explore in greater depth some of the information management challenges that firms face.
The reality is that CRM can no longer be an island. This seminar will explore the critical information flows from and to CRM systems. It will also set in context the role that a CRM system has in wider more strategic business projects such as New Business Intake, Pitch Management and Credentials and Experience Management.
The requirements that firms have for managing information are becoming more complex. However the irony of this increasing complexity is that it is due to the fact that fee earners require systems that are:
-
Simpler to use
-
Provide more information
-
On Demand
-
Identifies a new business opportunity
-
Performs an initial conflict check
-
Works with Business Development to generate a pitch
-
Wins the work and converts it to a matter
-
Publishes the matter as a case study
-
Uses the matter in a pitch as a credential
