James Edsberg is one of the founding partners of Lighthouse Global, he started his career as a corporate lawyer at Freshfields and in 2001 completed the MBA course at INSEAD, where he is now a guest lecturer. He writes and speaks widely in the media on financial and professional services issues and has presented at the Annual PSMG Conference.
Flora Grimston is a senior consultant at Lighthouse Global and advises financial and professional service firms on market strategy, brand development, thought leadership and client loyalty. Her clients include leading investment banks, accounting firms and international law firms.
