Lance Sapsford leads the business development team at Addleshaw Goddard - a team widely recognised for its innovation and ability to differentiate Addleshaw Goddard with clients through a unique approach to client engagement and management.
He has over 20 years of sales, new business and client management experience leading teams of all sizes in professional services businesses ranging from start-ups to the big four and in areas covering corporate finance, consulting and the law.
Lance is currently concentrating converting firmwide strategy into tangible results through business development activity in the areas of key account management; communications; marketing campaigns; product/service development; client feedback; targeting; pitching/tendering; pricing and sector specialisation.
